Natalie Moniaga, MD
Obstetrics & Gynecology

Dr. Moniaga earned her medical degree from the USC Keck School of Medicine and completed an internship in general surgery at the Naval Medical Center in San Diego. She worked as a Naval Flight Surgeon in the Pacific northwest for two years. Realizing her true passion was in women's health, she then completed a residency in obstetrics and gynecology through the UC Irvine School of Medicine. Her peers recognized her leadership and enthusiasm by electing her to be their administrative chief resident. Dr. Moniaga feels that as an OB/GYN, she has the honor of sharing the most significant life experiences with her patients. In her free time, she enjoys long-distance running, ballroom dancing, swing dancing, rock climbing, and traveling. In addition to English, Dr. Moniaga has a basic understanding of Indonesian and Spanish.


Toni Karen Morrissey, MD
Obstetrics & Gynecology

Toni Morrissey, MD, is board certified in obstetrics and gynecology. She completed her medical degree at Johns Hopkins School of Medicine and her residency at University of Maryland, Baltimore. She also graduated magna cum laude with a bachelor of science degree in neural science from Brown University in Rhode Island. Dr. Morrissey is known for her attention to detail and has worked to develop the electronic medical records system at HealthCare Partners. Dr. Morrissey enjoys cooking, craft projects, and watching her kids on the soccer field.


Frances Yuanchi Teng, MD
Obstetrics & Gynecology

Frances Teng, MD, is board certified in obstetrics and gynecology. She completed her medical degree at UCSF School of Medicine and her residency at UCLA. Dr. Teng earned a bachelor of science, with honors, in biochemistry from Harvard University. Prior to joining HealthCare Partners in 1997, Dr. Teng was an obstetrician and gynecology instructor at UCLA-Olive View Medical Center in Sylmar where she served a largely Spanish-speaking population. Dr. Teng likes to customize management options for patients, respecting their different values, priorities, and concerns. A mother of two, Dr. Teng enjoys hiking, biking and travel. In addition to English, Dr. Teng speaks Spanish and Mandarin Chinese.


Pamela Angerer Payne, NP
Nurse Practitioner - Obstetrics/Gynecology

Pamela Payne, NP, earned her bachelor of science degree, with honors, and a master of nursing science degree at California State University, Los Angeles. Pamela has worked as a nursing instructor at CSU, Los Angeles and as a preceptor to nurse practitioner students. Always seeking ways to expand her knowledge base, Pamela has taken coursework in menopausal management and is currently working on a degree in Bioethics. She is a patient and thorough nurse practitioner who takes time to educate patients about their medical conditions and offer preventive health recommendations. A soft heart for those in need, Pamela provides a loving home to a cadre of rescue cats and her family. In addition to English, she speaks Spanish.
